With love of the environment as the first stepping stone, as she comes to CHANGE, witnessing urgent environmental issues, photos and videos about wildlife poaching, getting in touch with more in-depth knowledge of the current ecosystem, Tam Anh – a girl who already harbors a great love for nature, becomes more aware of her goals and orientation, and starts thinking about the next generation and the future of the Earth.
What is the biggest lesson that Tam Anh has learned while working at CHANGE?
What I like most is the spirit of empowerment given to everyone here, whether you are a trainee or a manager. I feel that not only me, but every person who enters CHANGE can do things with a proactive, skilled and ready-for-all attitude to take action on environmental issues and sustainable development in their locality.
Everyone says that working at CHANGE is fun, does Tam Anh feel that way?
I find it can be very stressful at times, but overall it’s fun. Difficulty in workload, especially in peak seasons where we launch 3 – 4 projects in a row, is really overwhelming to everyone. But it is thanks to these huge “mountains” of work floating in the ocean that help me learn to manage my time, build an effective way of working, and most importantly, adopt a more resilient spirit in the face of the storms of life. I am also very enthusiastic about the working hard and playing harder spirit of everyone. It gives me more motivation to complete the projects that CHANGE is harboring.
A message to other CHANGERs from Tam Anh?
Wishing CHANGE a very memorable birthday. In the near future, I hope CHANGE will execute many good projects, making an impact and resonance in the community.
